We encourage you to visit the center, and to discuss any concerns or ideas with the staff. this will not only assist us in more fully meeting the needs of your child/children, it will also give you a chance to see how your child spends his/her time with other children and staff members. Please check the parent information board, and feel free to chat with the staff, to share happenings and discuss anything that may affect your child's well being. This information is provided to inform you of some of our policies. Our mission is to provide the highest quality early childhood education programs. Day Timers hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Day Timers will be closed for the following holidays: *New Year’s Day *President’s Day *Martin Luther King Day *Memorial Day *Independence Day *Labor Day *Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day *Christmas Day *Professional development day Tuition The tuition fee for your child is payable in advance, on the first of each month. Families with two or more children will receive a 10% discount on the highest tuition due. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 is due upon sign-up. A deposit might be required to hold a child's spot if not starting immediately and will be put towards the first month of billing . Dress code At Day Timers Early Learning Center, all the children participate in daily outside play (weather permitting). Please dress your child so that he/she may enjoy outside play in the appropriate clothing. Snacks Morning and afternoon meals are provided along with nutritious snacks including milk and or 100% fruit juice. |
